This School’s Out program is ideal for children who missed recreation due to boarding school or travel;players that are looking for some football fun and instruction at the same time. Our professional staff will not only coach the fundamentals of football but will teach players the valuable lessons in teamwork and football rules at the end of every session.
The program sessions consist of technical and tactical player development, nutritional advice to increase muscle growth/fitness levels and small sided matches in high intensity tournaments to test implementation, improve passing, speed of movement, technique and game understanding.
To ensure that every child who attends progresses during their time on the program, the coaches will spend an initial period assessing and evaluating their performance to ensure that they are grouped with children of a similar level and age. The coaches will then work with each group and child to improve skill levels.
Our aim is that all children leave the program with greater knowledge of the game and technical skills.
Programs are open to boys 4 to 17 years old, girls 5 to 15 years old.During this off season holidays,Ligi Ndogo S.C will give you a chance to live and train as a professional. The program will be run at our Karen centre.
